Awesome! You clicked over.

Here's the promised information on

your new Oasis in the Desert.

In case you didn’t read the entire text on Facebook, I’ve copied that on down below.

Right now, though, I imagine you want to know how to get that

$50 back and about the $200 off deal.

You will get $50 of my referral fee, when I get it, 2 weeks after moving in, but only if you are sure to give them my name: Michelle Klein. Feel free to call me up with any questions at 480-327-9812.

So, the $200 off deal. Right now where you can get $200 off if you are up to signing a 12-month lease. There is a small catch to be aware of, though. It is a “look and lease”, which means you must apply for the apartment within 24 hours of looking at it. So be ready!

Click here to get to the Island Palms Apartment's website for pics & floor plans of this beautiful place and to apply.

You can also call or stop by during office hours, open 7 days a week.

Attention Apartment Seekers

You’ve found your oasis in the desert!

If you’re tired of the sort of dark, dreary, and old places for rent in your price range, if you’re tired of adding 10-15 minutes of commute time because you don’t live close enough to a freeway, if you’re sick of your landlord not getting around to maintenance issues, if you don’t want to be tied to full-year leases, if you want a pool, hot tub, gym, and landscaping that you are not responsible for taking care of, then you are about to finally find the apartment you’ve been looking for.

My husband and I live here now. The story on how we got here started when we were here in Mesa on a temporary basis. We had been renting a condo from the owner through a management company. The management company’s office was 20 minutes away, so we just fixed things ourselves rather than trying to get them to help out. Then after being there a year, our rent jumped by $150 a month! The apartment was kind of dark with low ceilings, on the old side. And they wanted us to sign another year lease! Not to mention we were right in the middle of no man’s land when it came to freeways around here. Does this scenario sound familiar to you?

That’s when we found this place. 9-foot ceilings, a layout that allows for plenty of windows, the right price, a 6-month lease with month to month after that, onsite management, a maintenance team, and close proximity to the 60. We were sold!

We were here temporarily, saving up cash for a big move, which we did. When we ended up moving back here nine years later, we didn’t have to think twice about where we wanted to start out at. We are saving up for a house now, with our growing family, and already anticipate missing our great neighbors and dependable maintenance team when we do go.

Imagine coming home from work, 5 minutes off Hwy 60 at Higley and Broadway. The microwave that went out yesterday (because they aren’t built to last these days) was replaced while you were at work today. So, all you have to do is your routine. Could be a workout at the apartment gym with a soak in the hot tub or a swim afterward. Or maybe you enjoy a glass of wine on your patio or a beer in front of the tv like me! (Then if you really are like me, homework with the kids. But at least not dealing with an appliance problem.)

This is exactly what you get. There are currently bright and airy 1 bedroom/1 bath, 790 sq. ft apartments available. (Get on the short wait list for a 2 bedroom if that’s what you need for only $125/month more.) The complex is conveniently located 5 minutes from the 60 near the intersection of Higley and Broadway. It’s a bargain for this area at only $1065/month. (The flat fee for water, sewer, and trash is $45.00. Taxes come to $21.30, so you are looking at an affordable total of $1131.30.) The onsite management and maintenance team is friendly and there to take care of your needs 7 days a week.

A 6-month lease is required. 6 months is nothing, plus it is just month to month after that. (Though you can get $200 off if you sign a 12-month lease.) Add $50 back if you mention my name!

Just to be completely transparent here, you will need to come up with a $200 refundable security deposit, a $200.00 non-refundable administrative fee, and a $51 credit application fee per applicant. That’s it for move-in fees, though. None of this first, last, and a deposit equal to a month’s rent here! (So max of $502 vs $3000 and up in other places!) Fido is welcome with a pet deposit of $400 and $40.80 (inc. taxes) more each month. Renters insurance is required. Did I mention there is a pool, hot tub, and gym! There are also BBQs scattered around lovely landscaped grounds with covered picnic tables and ample parking in a gated community.

Sincerely,

Michelle Klein

P.S. So, to enjoy the bright, open feel of these affordable apartments that won’t break your budget, conveniently located close to the 60 just off Higley, with ample, secure parking, a short lease then month to month, hot tub, pool, and gym... the one where your kids & pets are welcome, just click here to go on over to the Island Palms Apartment website and be sure to mention my name (Michelle Klein), to get $50 back.
